- Day 2: Sightseeing around Pokhara city(827 m/2,713ft).
- Day 3: Visit Sarangkot to witness the sunrise, adventure activities, and visit Set river George, caves, and periphery.
- Day 4: Drive back to Kathmandu (1,350m/4,428 ft.)
Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arrive Pokhara(827 m/2,713ft)
We’ll take a private vehicle to drive to Pokhara from Kathmandu. The distance is 200kms and it takes 6-7 hour drive to reach Pokhara. We’ll check in into the hotel, and walk to the Lakeside to enjoy boating at Phewa Lake and enjoy the sunset view. We also will visit the temple of Goddess Taal Barahi amid the Phewa Lake on a small island.
Day 2: Sightseeing around Pokhara city(827 m/2,713ft).
Today we’ll visit the famous World Peace Pagoda; this provides an Aerial view of the valley along with lakes, mountains, and the city of Pokhara. After there, we’ll visit David falls followed by Gupteshor Mahadev, International Mountain Museum, the Tibetan Refugee camp, and to old Pokhara bazaar.
Day 3: Visit Sarangkot to witness the sunrise, adventure activities, and visit Set river George, caves, and periphery.
We’ll visit Sarangkot in the early morning to see the sunrise over the Himalayas.
The view from the Sarangkot viewpoint is mesmerizing as the snow-capped White Mountains shine as yellow as gold and reflect in the water of the Lakes in Pokhara. Sarangkot also is a destination for adventurers as it offers Paragliding, Zip flyer, etc. one can involve in these activities on their own, or please inform while customizing the tour. After Sarangkot, we’ll visit Mahendra cave, Bat cave, Bindbasini temple, Seti River George, Gorkha memorial museum, and Jangchub monastery.
Day 4: Drive back to Kathmandu (1,350m/4,428 ft.)
In the morning, we’ll take a short walk to Phewa Lake Side again to see the sunrise over the Phewa Lake. After breakfast, we’ll check out the hotel to leave for Kathmandu.
