Everest View Trek Introduction

The Everest View Trek is ideally suitable for those who don’t want to trek Everest Base Camp. However, it provides a fair glimpse into the lives of locals from the Everest region. Also, it allows you amazing views of Mount Everest and surrounding mountains and a ride to the famous Tengboche Monastery.

This trek is a classic choice for you to avoid altitude sickness and trek to the Everest region as well. It is a less time-consuming but beautiful and fulfilling trek to the Everest region. You will be chased by a marvelous view of the highest mountain in the world, Everest. Everest view trek will take you to the local Sherpa life with an extraordinary, renowned town, where trekkers will rest and appreciate the lifestyle and great hospitality.

You could witness a variety of flora and fauna. The variation of biology in Sagarmatha National Park is simply surprising. Khumjung’s fantastic view and unforgettable experiences with famous Sherpa communities would make the trek more exciting. Sherpas can swiftly adapt to the altitude for genetic reasons.

This voyage will start with a flight of 45 minutes to Lukla. It would be an entertaining trek because you will see the beautiful Annapurna Himalayan Range. On entering, we will proceed with our hike across the shore of the white Dudh Koshi river. Then, we will be arriving at the Gateway of Everest: Namche Bazaar.

In this famous Sherpa town, we will rest and adapt with a bit of hiking to Khumjung, tour the local Cheese factory, Edmund Hillary funded School, and many other places.

After we go further to Tengboche, we have a fantastic view of Mt. Everest and other summits. You will explore the antique Tengboche monastery while you hear their prayers. Then, we will head to the Namche Bazaar and head back to Lukla. We will cross bridges and lush woods through suspension.

Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive at Kathmandu(1,350m/4,428 ft.)

Our agency will grandly welcome you at Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, where our representatives will meet and greet you. They will then accompany you to a hotel. After you check in, you can relax and enjoy yourself for a while or explore the tourist hub for some shopping and souvenirs.
You will spend every second of the night at the hotel.

Day 2: Flight to Lukla (2610m), trek to Phakding (2610m)

After your yummy breakfast, you will be leaving for Lukla, which will take you about 35 minutes. Lukla airport is known for its thrilling and most dangerous airport in the world. After reaching Lukla, our guides will escort you to a Sherpa settlement, Choplung. After then, you will hike along the paths of Dudh Koshi valley before trekking towards Ghat.
The trail climbs up slightly for an hour to enter your goal spot, Phakding.

Day 3: Phakding to Namche (3440m)

This trek still has a few phases of our journey to entertain us, and now you are waking to the Himalayan mountains.

You will be with a mouth-watering breakfast when you wake up that needs to fill your tummy to the fullest to make sure you can complete the entire trek without getting tired during your hike. Continuing our quest, after entering the village of Benkar, we now ascend further and enjoy the beautiful scenic view of Mt. Thamserku. People need to cross the milky white Dudh Koshi River multiple times over high suspension bridges where strong afternoon winds are blowing in.

We now pass on to the village of Jorsale and Monjo, which is the entrance to the majestic Sagarmatha National Park. Here, the officers review your trekking permits. After that, you start to walk in the direction of the Namche Bazaar. We must pause in Chautara before reaching Namche Bazar, from where walkers can enjoy the snow-covered views of the mount worth remembering. We finally come into Namche Bazaar’s busy, crescent-fashioned town where we will stay and have dinner for the night.

Day 4: Namche to Tengboche (3855m)

his day we leave the bazaar of Namche.

A while walking along the ridge, we go down to the river Dudh Koshi at Phunkithanka. After crossing the bridge, we climb the steep road up to the Tengboche. On the way, we can see several monuments from the Buddha. Finally, later a few hours of ascending uphill, we arrived in Tengboche Village.
We will see little Gompas and Buddhist Stupas. We are passing through the luscious woods of Rhododendron. Upon arrival in Tengboche, you can see the nearby monastery. The road is lovely. The largest monastery is in Tengboche, in the Khumbu region.

Day 5: Tengboche to Namche Bazaar

Now, you will follow your steps back to Namche Bazaar again.

This trail will take you through forests covered with pine, where you can find pheasant, musk deer, Himalayan Thar, etc. You will pass through the path lined with prayer flags and beautiful mani walls.
You will then arrive at the gorgeous Namche Bazaar, then head towards your lodge, and take a rest.

Day 6: Namche Bazaar to Lukla

After eating your breakfast, you will climb down to a suspension bridge and cross many local settlements. You will also hike through the Dudh Koshi river valley and its vicinity. You will arrive at Lukla after 6 to 7 hours of hike.
You will then enter your lodge and freshen up for the time being.

Day 7: Lukla to Kathmandu(1,350m/4,428 ft.)

You will return to Kathmandu by scenic flight again.
It will take you 40 mins to reach the city. After reaching Kathmandu, our representative will drop you off at the hotel and bid you a final goodbye. We hope your tour was unforgettable and you visited Nepal again and again.
