Island Peak and EBC trek Introduction

Island Peak Climbing with EBC Tour is an excellent chance to climb the grand Island peak Mountain-Nepal, the most famous tall trekking mountain, and a hike to Everest Base Camp.

Island Peak Summit is 6,189m or Imja Tse placed above Chhukung’s summer territory and glimpsed from Dingboche on the top. Trekking on the Island Peak delivers a refreshing hiking excursion in Nepal. The Island peak is the Everest region’s most popular and outstanding trekking peak to ascent. The EBC trek to Island peak is suitable for both novice climbers and seasoned hikers.

By entering the Island Peak, you can feel 6189 meters on the tip of a grand summit. Existing on the tip of the edge of the Island Peaks provides the same tremendous feeling of achievement as you can feel on top of Everest Mountain. It is known as Island Peak because when you are trekking it feels like a sea of ice surrounded by Lhotse and Lhotse Shar Glaciers, like an island.

The name Island Peak Climbing with Everest Base Camp Trek was administered in 1952 by the organization of Eric Shipton while investigating Barun Gorge. From the top of Island Peak Nepal, we can encounter the stunning panorama of some of the world’s largest summits like Mt Makalu, Lhotse Middle Mount, Mt Lhotse, Lhotse Shar, Mt Nuptse, the mighty Ama Dablam, Mt Baruntse, and other amazing snow-covered peaks encircling it.

After a brief flight to Lukla, the trek launches. The roads take you to Phakding, a UNESCO World Heritage Site (Sagarmatha National Park) in Dudh Koshi’s green valley, and then to the applauded Namche Bazaar where we’ll spend two nights adapting to the new atmosphere.

Trekking from Tengboche to Pheriche to Lobuche can go on; these culturally prosperous Sherpa villages are full of Chortens, religious Mani Walls, museums, and extraordinary Himalayan perspectives. We will tour the Everest Base Camp before the deliberate Island Top and climb Kalapathar for the panoramic spectacle.

The Kalapathar is popular with hikers as one can get a completely elegant sunrise or sunset view. The top view of Mount Everest could also be seen. We will be hiking to Island Peak’s base camp and high peak on the 15th day.
